Kayla Sultemeier is an Associate Attorney at Belluck Law, LLP, where she advocates for individuals and families in complex litigation matters. Since joining the firm in May 2024, Kayla has been an integral part of the firm’s mass tort litigation, insurance coverage and recovery, asbestos and mesothelioma, and personal injury practice groups.
Kayla is passionate about representing plaintiffs, providing experienced legal counsel to individuals facing some of the most challenging moments of their lives. She takes pride in standing up to large corporations on behalf of her clients, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected.
Kayla earned her Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas, in 2024. Her decision to pursue a career in law was sparked in high school, when she developed a deep interest in constitutional law and Supreme Court case law and history. She graduated from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Kayla is admitted to practice in New York and is pending admission in Massachusetts and Texas. She is an active member of the American Association for Justice.
Outside of her legal practice, Kayla enjoys playing tennis, traveling, exploring Manhattan, and discovering new restaurants throughout the city.
