Shari Franklin serves as a Paralegal at Belluck Law for plaintiffs impacted by asbestos exposure and other toxic tort litigation. She joined the firm a year after our origination in 2003. She plays a pivotal role in our asbestos Settlement Department. She reviews and drafts our settlement documents and sends to our clients and forwards to opposing counsel. She ensures that the financial relief awarded to our clients is provided in a timely manner. Shari also handles serving all defendants in our asbestos and toxic tort litigation cases and ensures all defendants are properly served.
Prior to joining Belluck Law, Shari served in a wide range of areas of law, which include but are not limited to, plaintiff and defense personal injury, real estate, contracts and Wills, Trusts and Estates.
Among her strengths is being committed and empathetic. Shari works closely with our attorneys and opposing counsels, and with clients to streamline the settlement process and ensures families receive the support they need during a difficult, sensitive, and emotional time.
Outside of the office, Shari is a mother of two wonderful girls and enjoys time with her family and her dog, Tasha in Connecticut.
Shari earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Lehman College in Bronx, New York, and an Associate of Applied Science degree from Bronx Community College in Paralegal Studies in Bronx, New York.
