In her current role as marketing manager, Maja applies her strategic and creative skills to enhance the firm’s visibility, reputation, and client engagement. She develops and implements comprehensive marketing plans that align with the firm’s practice areas and business goals, manages the production of content that highlights the firm’s successes and expertise, and oversees digital strategy to ensure a strong online presence. Maja also collaborates closely with attorneys and leadership teams to identify opportunities for publicity, community engagement, and business development initiatives. Her work supports both the firm’s brand growth and its mission to connect effectively with clients, partners, the broader legal community, and the medical community.

With a strong foundation in both strategic communications and operational leadership, Maja brings over two decades of experience driving thoughtful marketing initiatives and efficient business operations. Throughout her career, she has consistently leveraged her background in mass communications and business administration to elevate organizational impact, refine brand voice, and streamline workflows.

At her most recent role with the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation, Maja oversaw the full scope of communications and operations, leading everything from website development and SEO-driven content, to social media, email campaigns, and print materials such as newsletters, brochures, and annual reports. She built integrated marketing efforts across digital and traditional channels to strengthen brand reach and engagement.

Her earlier nonprofit work with organizations such as the Young Storytellers Foundation and AIDS Project Los Angeles deepened her ability to craft compelling narratives, engage diverse audiences, and manage resources in mission-driven settings.

Maja holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from Colorado State University and an MBA from Purdue University.
