Bethann S. Kagan is a partner at Belluck Law and serves as the managing partner for the firm’s Pennsylvania offices. For over 30 years, she has dedicated her career to litigating complex asbestos and mass tort cases, securing numerous multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts for victims of mesothelioma and lung cancer, and their families.
Nationally recognized as an authority on asbestos litigation, Bethann frequently speaks at conferences across the country and contributes articles on asbestos and complex litigation topics. Her advocacy extends beyond the courtroom, as she regularly meets with labor unions, tradespeople, and military veterans to educate them on asbestos exposure and its risks.
Outside of her legal practice, Bethann is deeply committed to charitable work and cancer support groups. She is involved in raising awareness and funds for individuals battling asbestos-related cancers as well as women treating for and recovering from breast cancer. In 2015, her family launched the Frozen Lemonade Cup, a childhood cancer charity dedicated to funding research and treatments. Additionally, she has spent more than 20 years supporting Beyond Celiac to aid in the search for a cure and assist newly diagnosed individuals with gluten-free living.
